If additional capacity or performance is required, we use our proven remote test and offsite capability. Our experience extends across many platforms including several from industy leaders Advantest, Teradyne, and Cohu (LTX-Credence). In-House Platform TestEdge has a Cohu (LTX-Credence) Sapphire D-10. A low-cost, high throughput test solution, the Sapphire D-10 is specifically designed to address the economic requirements of the microcontroller, wireless baseband, display driver and consumer mixed-signal device markets. Our system has 576 200 Mbps channels and a mix of high-density analog and mixed-signal instruments. The system is optimized for probe applications and supports massive multi-site final test. Using our probers and thermal units, we can offer complete solutions including wafer sort, characterization, and production.
