If additional capacity or performance is required, we use our proven remote test and offsite capability. Our experience extends across many platforms including several from industy leaders Teradyne, Advantest, and LTX-Credence. In-House Platform TestEdge has a LTX-Credence Sapphire D-10. A low-cost, high throughput test solution, the Sapphire D-10 is specifically designed to address the economic requirements of the microcontroller, wireless baseband, display driver and consumer mixed-signal device markets. Our system has 576 200 Mbps channels and a mix of high-density analog and mixed-signal instruments. The system is optimized for probe applications and supports massive multi-site final test. Using our probers and thermal units, we can offer complete solutions including wafer sort, characterization, and production.
